View Agent page allows a user to view the details of a property agent (CEA Salesperson) in Singapore and the individual’s KPIs.

View Agent page allows a user to view the details of a property agent (CEA Salesperson) in Singapore and the individual’s KPIs. This feature is provided to verify the authenticity of an agent and past performance. This page is launched from a Find Agent page from the Home page or from the Property Details page under the Learn More option of Active Agents. Or if you’re an Agent, you can launch it from the Agent User Profile block on the Home page. 

Elements

A. Verified information from CEA 

• Description: This information is retrieved directly from CEA and is public information that is published.
• Tip: CEA publishes Salespersons information publicly and is used commonly to verify an agent’s credentials. 

B. AI Overview 

• Description: AI analyses the activities of the agent, including recent sales and rental transactions and current listings in the market and provides an overview of the agent.
• Tip: Use this function to check out if the Agent’s competencies and focus areas align with what you are looking for. 

C. Active Areas 

• Description: Active Areas reflect the agent’s current listings and past sales or rental locations.
• Tip: It is useful to understand the strengths of an agent and the individual’s coverage. 

D. Sales Performance KPIs 

• Description: Sales performance KPIs are derived from CEA information.
• Tip: Agents can be assessed based on the track record of transactions that the individual has completed and the representation (either Seller or Landlord). 

E. Listings Summary 

• Description: Summary of listings across major property platforms in Singapore.
• Tip: Listings are updated every 24 to 72 hours. Cribs uses AI and Machine Learning to classify listings. If incomplete or partial information is found in the listing, it may be tagged as a partial listing, such as ambiguous pricing, incorrect address, etc.

F. Listings by Platform

• Description: Listings breakdown of the agent listings based on the listings placed on major property platforms in Singapore.
• Tip: Overlaps may occur, especially if multiple listings are made on the same property. 

G. Sales/Rent and Listings Tab

• Description: Tap on Sales or Listing tab to view CEA information or Listings information.
• Tip: View both sets of data to view the activity of the agent. 

H. Sales/rental information from CEA

• Description: Data is retrieved directly from CEA.
• Tip: View sales data of the agent to understand the agent’s strengths.

I. Listings

• Description: View all the listings placed by the Agent on major property platforms.
• Tip: Listings are matched with the agent’s CEA Registration Number on major property platforms.

Exceptions and Error Handling

Unable to find transactions or listings information is not updated

Description: This function interfaces with CEA to find accurate information about CEA Salespersons. If the person is not in the register, wait 24 hours, otherwise, the person may not be a qualified salesperson that has been registered with CEA. Listings are updated every 24 to 72 hours and may be delayed.

Solution: Report any discrepancies in the CEA transaction information by calling the CEA Hotline at 1800 643 2555. You may report a bug by clicking on the Bug icon and describing the issue.
