The Sales Listings page shows all the sales listings of the property from major property platforms. A summary of the agencies that the agents represent are displayed on top, including the distribution of listings by agency (in percentage). Users can filter the sales listings by platform (website) by tapping on the platform. AI is used to provide a deeper analysis of the current listings of a property and provide the appropriate recommendations. This page is launched from the Property Details page, under Learn More options.

A. Filter By Platform
- Description: Users can filter the sales listings by tapping on an agency.
- Tip: The percentage shows the number of sales listing of the agency over the total number of listings.
B. AI Overview
- Description: AI analyses the current listings available and identifies duplicates and errorneous listings, based on the entire data available from major listings platforms. It also provides recommendations on which listings are the preferred ones to consider, based on price, PSF and size of the property offered.
- Tip: This is where AI particularly excels – looking at large data like multiple listings in a property and identifying ones that have potential and highlighting the duplicate, suspicious or errorneous ones.
C. List of Sales Listings
- Description: The list of listings are shown with details such as asking listing date, platform, price, size, PSF, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and agent of the listing. Tap on any row to view the listings of the platform. You will be taken to the website. Scroll left or right to see more details in the row. Scroll up or down to see more listings. Sales Listings are updated daily.
- Tip: Filter any column by tapping to filter ascending or descending. By default, the list is sorted by the latest listings first.
Exceptions and Error Handling
No listings found
Description: If you don’t see any listings, there are no Listings of the property yet.
Solution: None.
