Sales Around This Property page shows the latest sales transaction of properties within 500m of the vicinity of the property. This is an important feature when pricing a property for sale. Not only should one consider the latest sales transactions within the property, vicinity transactions within the neighbourhood should also be factored in. This page is launched from the Property Details page, under Learn More options.

A. Map of Properties with Recent Sales
- Description: The map displays all the properties with recent sales within 500m of the property.
- Tip: Tap on any row to show the property on the map.
B. List of Properties with PSF Comparison
- Description: The list of properties shows the latest sales transaction. The PSF comparison is in relation with the property and is expressed as a change in difference in percentage.
- Tip: Tap and Hold any property in the list to go to the property’s Property Detail page.
Exceptions and Error Handling
No vicinity transactions found
Description: If you don’t see any vicinity transactions, no recent sales around the property was found.
Solution: None.
