About
The Rental Listings page shows all the rental listings of the property from major property platforms. A summary of the agencies that the agents represent are displayed on top, including the distribution of listings by agency (in percentage). Users can filter the listings by platform (website) by tapping on the platform. This page is launched from the Property Details page, under Learn More options.
Elements
A. Filter By Platform
- Description: Users can filter the listings by tapping on an agency.
- Tip: The percentage shows the number of listing of the agency over the total number of listings.
B. List of Sales Listings
- Description: The list of listings are shown with details such as asking listing date, platform, price, size, PSF, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and agent of the listing. Tap on any row to view the listings of the platform. You will be taken to the website. Scroll left or right to see more details in the row. Scroll up or down to see more listings.
- Tip: Filter any column by tapping to filter ascending or descending. By default, the list is sorted by the latest listings first.
Exceptions and Error Handling
No listings found
Description: If you don’t see any listings, there are no Rental Listings of the property yet.
Solution: None.
