HDB Town page provides users with summary of the latest HDB flat activities in a HDB Town (such as Bedok, Serangoon, etc) in context such as latest sales, rentals, best sellers, sales and rent listings, average prices and volumes and median rentals. It provides a quick glance on the high level KPIs and is useful for users who are interested in sales or marketing in the Town and finding new opportunities or upcoming trends. This page can be launched from the Home page under HDB by Town, or from a Property Details page under Learn More option, More About This Town.
Elements
A. Town KPIs
- Description: A summary of KPIs – average prices sold in the Town, and number of units sold.
- Tip: The percentage comparison is current month vs. previous month of data.
B. Information Cards
- Description: The information cards provide more information on the various property activities – latest sales, best sellers, upcoming minimum occupancy flats, sales and rent listings, average prices and volumes and median rentals. In addition, it may include other statistical information from the Department of Statistics such as Dwelling Type, Mode of Transportation and Ethnic Types.
- Tip: Push up the information panel and side left or right to access the various cards.
C. Latest Sales
- Description: List of sales transactions of the Town. Only the first 50 transactions are shown.
- Tip: The list is sorted by latest transactions first. Tap on any row to go to the Property Details page.
D. Best Sellers
- Description: List of Best Sellers in the Town.
- Tip: The list is sorted by the highest number of sales. Tap on any row to go to the Property Details page of the property.
E. Upcoming Minimum Occupancy (MOP)
- Description: Upcoming Minimum Occupancy flats that have reached the mandatory 5 year holding period prior to the sale of the flat.
- Tip: Tap on any row to go to the property’s Property Details page.
F. Latest Sale Listings
- Description: Latest HDB sale listings in the Town across major property platforms.

G. Latest Rental Listings
