AI Advisor is an AI-enabled chat that has been trained on Cribs data and serves as an ad-hoc advisor for property enquiries. Users can ask questions about the property in context. This is a model that has been trained on Chat GPT 4-o and may contain inaccurate answers. For advice on properties, please speak to a CEA Salesperson or a property professional. AI Advisor can be launched from the Property Details page under the Learn More option.

- Description: Chat GPT’s AI response to user queries.
- Tip: Users can ask Chat GPT on generic questions regarding the property, e.g. Tell me more about [name of property] in Singapore.
B. Query
- Description: Type your query in English. At the moment, only English queries are supported.
- Tip: Keep your queries concise and short.
Exceptions and Error Handling
Responses are not what you expect
Description: Cribs is still training the AI model and it will get better over time. All your queries may be used for future training purposes.
