What To Expect
Here is a short video clip on the Registration process using First Name, Last Name, Email and Password. The Onboarding wizard that follows is a mandatory process, however the Financial Assessment is optional.
About
The Register Page allows users to sign up for Cribs. You can register by providing First Name, Last Name, Email and Password or conveniently use your Google or Apple credentials.
Fields
A. First Name
- Description: Enter your first name.
- Tip: If you have a full name, use your name without the surname.
B. Last Name
- Description: Enter your last name.
- Tip: If you have a full name, use your surname.
C. Email Address
- Description: Enter an email address that you commonly use for personal or work activities.
- Tip: Ensure there are no spaces or typing errors and a valid email address.
D. Password
- Description: Enter a password that is hard to guess.
- Tip: Passwords are case-sensitive. Double-check for any typos.
E. Confirm Password
- Description: Enter the same password as above.
- Tip: Passwords are case-sensitive. Double-check for any typos. This field must be the same as the Password field or there will be an error.

Steps:
- Fill in the First Name, Last Name, Email, Password and Confirm Password fields.
- Tap the Register button. Once the Registration is completed, you will be taken through the User Onboarding process.
Troubleshooting:
If the registration fails, verify your email, password and confirm password are correct, then try again. All fields are mandatory.
Exceptions and Error Handling
Incorrect Confirm Password
Description: If you receive an error message stating the confirm password is incorrect.
Solution: Enter the same password as the Password field.
Create Account with Apple
Description: Users cannot create an account using Apple credentials.
Solution: Apple has removed this option due to its privacy policy. Hence, you will not see this option. Create the account using Name, Email and Password. You will be able to sign in with Apple using the same registered credentials.
