Fields
A. Email Address
- Description: Enter the email address you used during the registration process.
- Tip: Ensure there are no spaces or typing errors.
Forgot Password Options
Steps:
- Enter the registered email address
- Tap Send Link and an email will be sent to the registered email address.
- Follow the steps as outlined in the email
Exceptions and Error Handling
Incorrect email address
Description: If the email address provided is not registered with the system
Solution: Use the correctly registered email address, or use a different sign-in method such as Sign-in with Google or Sign-in with Apple to login.
