Lead Summary page provides a quick list of the leads in Cribs. It allows an Agent to view, edit or delete the Lead.

The Lead Summary page allows an Agent to view a list of all leads in Cribs. Leads can be created through this page. Existing leads can be searched by First Name or Last Name, filter the list by Status or Priority, and view, edit or delete the Lead. This feature is only available for Ultra users, and for registered Agents in Singapore.
Elements
A. Create Lead
- Description: The Create Lead quick action button shows the Lead Creation page.
- Tip: This feature is a link to quickly create a lead.
B. Search By Name
- Description: Type any name by first or last name.
- Tip: Quickly search for a lead.
C. Quick Filters
- Description: Leads can be filtered quickly by Status (New, Contacted, Ongoing, Closing, Closed, Lost), or Profile (Buyer, Seller, Buyer/Seller, Landlord) or Priority (High, Medium, Low).
- Tip: Quick filters allow the user to quickly identify leads in different stages and edit the status, priority or update deals.
C. List of Leads
- Description: Scroll up or down to view all leads. Swipe left to delete any lead.
- Tip: Use the search feature to find a lead quickly.
Exceptions and Error Handling
No records found.
Description: Leads have not been created in the system by the user.
