Find Agent page allows a user to find any property agent (CEA Salesperson) in Singapore and view the individual’s KPIs. This page is launched from the Home page under Property Agent.
Elements
A. Search Agent by name, registration number or agency
- Description: Enter a keyword such as name, registration number or agency to find any agent in Singapore. Tap on the record of the Agent you are trying to verify and the Agent Details page will be launched.
- Tip: It’s used commonly to verify an agent’s credentials. A user will be able to view the past performance and current listings across major property platforms.
Exceptions and Error Handling
Unable to find agent or information is not updated
Description: This function interfaces with CEA to find accurate information about CEA Salespersons. If the person is not in the register, wait 24 hours, otherwise, the person may not be a qualified salesperson that has been registered with CEA.
Solution: Report any discrepancies in the information by calling the CEA Hotline at 1800 643 2555.
